General Assembly 2025

This year's General Assembly was held in Church House, Belfast from 10th to 12th of June. Harmony Hill representative elder was Sid Buchanan and his son Scott was the under 30 church representative.  The Reverend Dr. Trevor Gribben is the new Moderator

Spring Lunch - Sunday 18th May

A very successful and well supported Spring Lunch was held in the Alex Watson hall after church on Sunday 18th May. It was organised by the Events Committee to provide an opportunity for members of the congregation to meet and socialise while enjoying sandwiches and traybakes with tea or coffee. The committee had no idea how many people would stay for lunch since there have been no similar events in the church for quite some time. Would there be maybe 20 or 30 or possibly more? So it was very pleasing to see the tables fill up as over 60 people came along. There was a very lively and happy atmosphere as people chatted to those around them throughout the lunch and after the food had gone. The donations towards church funds from the congregation on the day were a very generous £600. Thank you to all who came along and shared the lunch.
